3 + Me: My Mom and My Doctor Are Proud of Me
On September 11th, Heels and Handshakes gathered at E3 Chophouse for an evening that was equal parts reflective, energizing, and deeply meaningful. Our 3 + Me networking event reminded us all that the future isn’t built overnight—it’s created in the small, intentional steps we choose each day.
Together, we paused to look ahead with intention, setting heartfelt goals around what’s next:
💌 3 days from now – a small shift we can feel right away
💌 3 weeks from now – a change we’ll start to see take root
💌 3 months from now – a vision to help us finish 2025 strong
One of the most memorable reflections from the evening came from a member who shared: “My mom and my doctor are proud of me.” It was a moment that perfectly captured the essence of the night—celebrating growth, balance, and the pride that comes with being intentional about how we move forward.
The energy in the room was undeniable. With cocktails in hand, light bites flowing, and conversations sparking new connections, women left with not only clarity for the months ahead but also a renewed sense of community and encouragement.
