January Las Vegas Recap: Higher Heels, Higher Vision

Our Las Vegas Chapter kicked off the year with purpose, clarity, and powerful conversations for their January program, Higher Heels, Higher Vision. This program was hosted by the beautiful AC Hotel & Element Symphony Park, which set the perfect tone for our first program of the year.

Our community gathered for an inspiring evening led by guest speaker and coach Savannah Schaffer, who guided us through a transformative conversation around releasing what no longer serves us and stepping fully into leadership with confidence and self-trust.

Savannah shared meaningful insight on how outdated thought patterns and behaviors can quietly hold us back and how letting go of them creates space for clarity, confidence, and freedom. Her message resonated deeply: leadership doesn’t require perfection, but it does require alignment, self-awareness, and the courage to move forward with intention.

One of the most impactful takeaways from the evening was Savannah’s reminder that having a roadmap to your dreams is not only possible—it’s essential. She emphasized that when we turn vision into a plan, we empower ourselves to take intentional steps forward every single day. Progress becomes tangible. Growth becomes sustainable.

To bring this to life, Savannah led the group through a powerful manifestation activity that encouraged attendees to reflect on what they truly want to call into their future. The room was filled with thoughtful energy as members mapped out goals, clarified intentions, and connected with what fulfillment and impact look like for them personally and professionally.

The evening was a beautiful reminder of why Heels and Handshakes exists—to create spaces where ambitious women can pause, reflect, connect, and rise together.

We left Higher Heels, Higher Vision feeling grounded, inspired, and ready to move forward with purpose—and this is only the beginning.
