Heels and Handshakes brought together women in business, entrepreneurs, founders, business owners, and corporate professionals for a Mental Health Month program on May 14th at COA Gulf. Designed for connection and community, this Nashville networking event featured puppy cuddles, B12 shots, and meaningful conversations, creating space for ambitious women to prioritize wellness, build relationships, and grow within a supportive community of professional women.
