Definitely not a phrase we expected to hear during announcements—but when the wind shows up strong, so do we! Thank you to everyone who braved the breeze and joined us for Thistle & Thrive. Your energy, laughter, and eagerness to connect made it a night to remember. And a big congratulations to Kesha Gooding, our Scavenger Hunt Challenge winner—way to thrive and conquer!

Here’s a quick look back at the journey we've been on this year:

January: We kicked off the new year with a power-packed session on how to Navigate the Negotiation with confidence and clarity.
February: We turned inward and focused on self-love, because when you know your worth, you show up ready to claim it.
March: We shifted into gear and Accelerated Action, taking bold steps toward our goals.
April: It was all about community and connection. At Thistle & Thrive, we created space to laugh, network, and grow—together.

We’re only getting started. Stay tuned for what’s coming next, because if this spring has shown us anything—it’s that when women come together, the vibes (and the volume!) are unmatched.
