The Nashville chapter hosted a wellness meeting designed specifically for women in business, aimed at fostering health, balance, and success. This empowering event provided invaluable insights and strategies to enhance your well-being, manage stress, and boost productivity.

Heels & Handshakes stopped in Charlotte for their third stop of the traveling series, Heels on Fire. This was to bring Women in Business together for a conversation about navigating the complexities of personal and professional life of being a Women in Business.

Heels & Handshakes planned their May meeting all around Mental Health. The Nashville Chapter brought in activations and partnered with Rivian for ride-alongs to help get their members in the right headspace.

The Chicago Chapter hosted its first annual Speed Networking Event at the Fulton West. This focused approach facilitates meaningful conversations and the exchange of relevant insights and resources in a short amount of time connecting high-achieving professionals.
